四辊轧机工作辊辊端压靠板形控制模型 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究工作辊辊端接触对冷轧带钢板形的影响,本文基于有限长半无限体压扁模型,耦合了轧辊挠屈变形模型与板带塑性变形模型,建立了更加精确的四辊轧机辊端压靠模型。对比了考虑压靠和未考虑压靠模型的计算结果,发现考虑压靠现象后,工作辊辊端压靠力导致端部辊间压力增大,同时改善了带钢边部减薄现象。运用该压靠模型研究了不同板宽、弯辊力对轧制力、压靠力、辊间压力、张力及出口厚度分布的影响,从中发现带材宽度存在一个易发生压靠的宽度范围,以及正弯辊力有利于改善压靠现象。 To investigate the influence of the direct contact between work roll on the shape control for 4-high mill,a new accurate work roll edge contact model is established based on the semi-infinite roll flattening model,the coupled with roll bending model,and the strip plastic deformation model. Comparing with the result when roll edge contact is not considered,the work roll edge contact force result in that intermediate force increased and the edge drop phenomenon improved. Then,based on the new model,the effect of different strip width and roll bending force on rolling force,edge contact force,intermediate force,and exit thickness are discussed. It is found that 1) there is a strip width range of work roll kiss; 2) the positive roll bending force is useful to improve this phenomenon.
