考虑带钢的轧机主传动系统扭振数值研究 被引量:5

摘要 带钢作为连接各机架间主传动系统的纽带,其动力学特性决定着主传动系统扭转振动的动态性能。因此,考虑带钢连接的轧机主传动系统扭振模型的研究十分必要。利用ANSYS软件,建立带钢连接的双机架主传动系统有限元实体模型,并对其进行模态分析。然后对带钢施加变频力进行谐响应分析,得到各机架主传动系统中不同部位角位移随频率变化的规律曲线。最后通过对比谐响应分析与模态分析结果,进一步研究带钢与轧机主传动系统扭振之间的固有属性关系。 When a strip steel is taken as a connecting link between the stands of main driving systems,its dynamic characteristics influence on the torsional vibration of main driving system dynamic performance. Therefore,it is necessary to study the torsional vibration model of main driving systems connected by the strip steel. By using the ANSYS software,a finite element model of double stand main driving systems with connecting strip steel is established,and the modal analysis is carried on. Next,a variable frequency force on cross section of strip steel is applied,and the amplitude frequency curves of each stand main driving system at different positions are obtained by analyzing the harmonic response. Finally,by comparing the result of harmonic response analysis with that of the modal analysis,the relationship of intrinsic property between strip steel and torsional vibration of main driving system is discovered.
