多孔PS微球的制备及对硝基苯的吸附研究

摘要 以苯乙烯为单体,二乙烯基苯为交联剂,聚乙二醇为致孔剂,V-50为引发剂,采用悬浮乳液聚合法制备多孔PS微球。以PS微球为吸附剂,水中硝基苯为吸附对象,探讨致孔剂、溶液温度和p H值等因素对吸附的影响。实验结果表明∶以聚乙二醇6000为致孔剂,致孔剂与单体质量比为1∶3时可以制得吸附效果较好的PS微球,吸附平衡等温线符合Freundlich方程,吸附过程属于优惠吸附。 The porous PS microspheres is synthesized by suspended emulsion polymerization in aqueoussolution when styrene is used as monomer, divinylbenzene is used as crosslinker, polyethylene glycol isused as pore forming agent and V- 50 is used as initiator. The nitrobenzene in aqueous solution waselected as the object to be adsorbed by porous PS microspheres as adsorbent. Explore on the effect ofpore forming agent, solution temperature and pH on adsorption. The experimental results indicate thatporous PS microspheres will have a better adsorption effect when the mass ratio of pore forming agent tomonomer is 1:3.The data of adsorption equilibrium isotherm are fitted to the Freundlich equation, theadsorption process is preferential adsorption.
