摘要 高压共轨柴油发动机在欧洲发展较为普遍,近几年在国内发展十分迅速,但由于电控高压共轨柴油机普遍采用了高达180 MPa以上的压力和时间控制方式,目前国内对高压共轨柴油机教学设备开发较少。仿真实验台通过设计开发电控高压共轨柴油机线路故障设置装置、信号模拟装置及数据采样系统,实现多点采样,实时编程及对共轨柴油机喷射故障的控制;较好地仿真了高压共轨柴油机的实际故障重显功能,以更好地为电控共轨柴油机课程故障诊断分析的培养创造实训条件。 High pressure common-rail diesel engine is very poplar in Europe. And it is developing veryquickly in China in recent years. However, the development of training device for high pressure commonraildiesel engine is very seldom in our country because electrically controlled high pressure commonraildiesel engines all adopt time control mode and their work pressures are more than 180 MPa. Asimulation training platform for electrically controlled high pressure common- rail diesel engines wasdeveloped in this paper. It mainly consists of circuit failure set device, signal simulation device and datasampling system. Based on these, this simulation training platform can realize multi point sampling, realtime programming, and control the injection failure of common-rail diesel engine. It can simulate theactual failures of high pressure common- rail diesel engine well and display them. This simulationtraining platform provides the device foundation for electrically controlled common-rail diesel enginecourse in better training the failure diagnosis and analysis ability.
