沙地樟子松种实特征研究

Characteristics of Cone and Seed for Pinus sylvestris var.mongolicain Sand Land

沙地樟子松球果大小及质量受林龄等诸多因素影响,因此,开展了对沙地樟子松幼龄林、中龄林、成熟林种实特征研究,结果表明:沙地樟子松幼龄林、中龄林和成熟林的球果及种子质量差别较大,球果大小依次为幼龄林>中龄林>成熟林;球果内种子总数依次为中龄林>成熟林=幼龄林;成熟粒所占球果内种子总数的比例依次为中龄林>幼龄林>成熟林;空粒所占球果内种子总数的比例依次为成熟林>幼龄林>中龄林;幼龄林、中龄林、成熟林种子千粒质量相差不大;种子发芽率依次为中龄林>成熟林>幼龄林。

Size and quality of cone and seed of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica were affected by many factors,according to the different growth stage of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,characteristics of cone and seed of young forest,half-mature forest mature forest of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica were studied.Result shows that the differences of cone and seeds for young forest,half-mature forest mature forest of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolicaare greater.The descending order of the cone size is young forest 〉half-mature forest〉mature forest;the total number of seeds within the cones in half-mature forest〉mature forest= young forest;mature granulocytes percentage of the total proportion of the seed cones inside,half-mature forest 〉young forest〉 mature forest;proportion of the total number of seeds within the cones of empty seeds,mature forest 〉young forest〉 half-mature forest.The differences of 1 000-seed quality of the young forest,half-mature forest,mature forest is little;seeds germination rate is halfmatured forest 〉mature forest 〉young forest.
