温阳活血方联合心痛贴对冠心病心绞痛病人高敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention on High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Patients with Angina Pectoris

目的观察温阳活血方联合心痛贴对冠心病病人高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选择符合条件的冠心病心绞痛病人90例,随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组、对照组,每组30例。治疗1组给予温阳活血方口服联合心痛贴,治疗2组给予温阳活血方模拟剂联合心痛贴,对照组给予温阳活血方、心痛贴模拟剂。观察3组病人治疗前后hs-CRP水平的变化。结果 3组病人hs-CRP水平均有下降,其中治疗1组、治疗2组与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1组、治疗2组与对照组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而治疗1组、治疗2组组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论温阳活血方联合心痛贴可降低冠心病心绞痛病人hs-CRP水平。

Objective To observe the effect of Wenyang Huoxue prescription(WHP)and acupoint application on high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs CRP)in patients with angina pectoris. Methods Ninety patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 3 groups:treatment group 1(n=30)treated with WHP plus acupoint application,treatment group 2(n=30)treated with WHP simu-lants plus acupoint application,control group(n=30)treated with WHP plus acupoint application simulants.The plasma hs CRP level was observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of plasma hs CRP decreased in treatment group 1,treatment group 2 compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of plasma hs CRP decreased in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WHP and acupoint application can reduce the level of plasma hs CRP in patients with angina pectoris.
