多专业一体化模式下缺血性脑卒中病人治疗效果分析

Clinical Observation on Patients with Ischemic Stroke in Multi Discipline Treatment Effect Analyze

目的研究缺血性脑卒中病人在多专业一体化模式下的治疗效果和经济成本。方法 152例脑卒中病人随机分为治疗组(多专业一体化模式治疗79例)和对照组(普通病房治疗73例),观察美国国立卫生研究院率中量表(NIHSS)、Barthel指数(BI)、住院时间和住院费用。结果治疗组和对照组的住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);住院费用治疗组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后NIHSS、BI比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专业一体化模式下治疗组可以促进病人功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,增加住院费用。

Objective To explore the effect and economic cost of patients with ischemic stroke in multi discipline integration mode. Methods One hundred and fifty two patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n=79)treated with multi discipline integration mode and control group(n=73).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS),Barthel index (BI),hospitalization time and the costs were observed.Results The costs in treatment group were higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The scores of NIHSS and BI in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi discipline integration mode can promote the functional recovery,improve the daily activities,increase the costs of hospitalization,get more benefits from this in patients with ischemic stroke.
