摘要
通过对立式混流泵轴向振动大原因进行分析,明确轴向振动大是由流体原因(汽蚀、涡流、紊流)造成,在叶轮表面产生剧烈的交变载荷波动,是造成轴向振动大及叶片断裂的主要原因,找出治理轴向振动大的关键点后,制定符合现有边界条件的治理措施,取得良好的效果。
Through causing analysis on excessive axial vibration of vertical mixed flow pump,it implies thatthe excessive vibration is caused by fluid like cavitation,vortex and turbulence. Intense alternating load fluctuation on the surface of the impeller is the main reason of large axial vibration and blade fracture. After figuring out the key point for governing axial vibration,we develop series of measures in line with the existingboundary conditions with very good feedbacks.
