摘要 克劳斯硫回收工艺在运行过程中,对H_2S与SO_2的配比有一定要求,为了各级反应器有很高的运行效率,必须了解反应物的浓度。本文主要讨论了使用色谱法测定克劳斯酸性气中CS_2的方法。本法能快速、准确地从CH_3OH、H_2S、COS、SO_2、水分、永久性气体等成分中,将CS_2分离出来,并进行准确定量,为工艺参数调整提供有力指导,避免因无法准确获得硫化物含量,而造成工艺误操作。 During the operation of Claus acidic recovery, the ratio of hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxidehas certain requirements. In order to have a very high operating efficiency,it must understand the concentration of reactants. This paper discusses carbon disulfide test in Claus acidic gas by gas chromatography determination. This method can quickly and accurately separated CO2 from methanol,hydrogen sulfide,carbonylsulfide,sulfur dioxide,water,permanent gas and other compositions,and quantitate accurately. It provideseffective guidance for parameters adjustment,which avoiding false operation for have not obtained the sulfidecontent accurately.
