Comparison of the efficiency of electromagnetic navigation SURESHOT technology and freehand technology for distal locking of intramedullary nail

目的比较SURESHOT 导航技术与徒手技术股骨髓内钉远端锁钉的效能.方法对2011年8月至2014年10月收治的53 例新鲜单发性股骨干骨折病例选用TrigenTAN 股骨髓内钉治疗,采用徒手技术进行动力孔锁钉,采用SURESHOT 导航技术进行静力孔锁钉.比较两种技术首次锁钉成功率、辐射次数及操作时间.结果SURESHOT 导航技术首次锁钉成功率为92.5%,徒手技术首次锁钉成功率为13.2%;SURESHOT 导航技术平均辐射次数为2.66次（2～8次）,徒手技术平均辐射次数为8.77次（6～13次）;SURESHOT 导航技术平均锁钉时间为3.49min（2～10min）,徒手技术平均锁钉时间为10.4min（7～16min）.结论SURESHOT 导航技术学习曲线短,可明显提高股骨髓内钉远端锁钉成功率,减少辐射暴露及缩短操作时间.

Objective To compare the efficiency of electromagnetic navigation SURESHOT technology and freehand technology for distal locking of intramedullary nail.Methods From August 2011 to October 2014,53 patients with single fresh femoral fracture were treated with Trigen-TAN intramedullary nail.The static hole screw was locked with navigation SURESHOT technology,while the dynamic hole screw was locked with freehand technology.The lock success rate at first time,the time of radiation exposure and the time consuming were compared.Results The locking success rate at first time of navigation SURESHOT technology was 92.5%,while that of freehand technology was13.2%.The mean time of radiation exposure of navigation SURESHOT technology was 2.66 times(range,2-8 times),that of freehand technology was 8.77 times(range,6 to 13 times).The mean time consuming of navigation SURESHOT technology was 3.49 min(range,2-10 min),that of freehand technology was 10.4 min(range,7-16 min).Conclusion The navigation SURESHOT technology with short learning curve could improve the accuracy of distal locking intramedullary nail,reduce radiation exposure,and shorten the operation time obviously.
