渤海油田区域一体化开发模式及其应用实践

Regional integration development mode of Bohai oilfields and its application

随着渤海油田勘探开发的深入,生产过程中出现了一系列新的问题,已有的"大型油田独立开发"、"小型油田依托开发"、"小型油田群联合开发"等开发模式已不能适应渤海油田可持续发展的需要,须探索新的开发模式。提出了区域一体化开发模式,即按照"整体规划、区域开发"的思路,实施勘探与开发、油藏与工程、开发与生产一体化,将地下资源与地面工程进行合理配置,形成完善的区域开发格局;通过资源共享,降低油田开发门槛,加快新油田建设步伐,实现区域内油气的高效开发。区域一体化开发实践中,渤海油田逐步形成了一系列开发关键技术,规划形成了辽东、渤南、渤西、渤东等四大油区;同时垦利油田群、蓬莱19-3油田群等区域一体化开发实践效果显著,取得了较好的经济效益。渤海油田区域一体化开发模式的成功实践可为海上其他油田提供借鉴。

With the development of Bohai oilfields,some new problems occur and such three main development modes in Bohai oilfields as independent development of large oilfield,successful development of small oilfield based on preceding development of large oilfield,synthetic development of small oilfield group cannot meet the requirement of sustainable development.Therefore,regional integration mode of development is established to rationally allocate underground resources and ground facilities,and share resources for efficient development based on integration of exploration and development,reservoir and engineering,and development and production.During the practice,a series of key technologies are developed and such4 oil production regions as Liaodong,Bonan,Boxi and Bodong are established.The strategy of regional integration achieves good production and economic results in Kenli and PL19-3 oilfield group.This mode can provide guidance for the similar oilfields.
