摘要 海上油田开发初期采用稀井网、大井距、多段合采的开采方式,且测试资料较少,油田开发进入高含水阶段后面临注采矛盾突出、含水上升快、产量递减快等问题,亟需进行开发调整,而陆上油田已有开发调整经验无法直接应用。以渤海砂岩油田为例,回顾了海上油田开发调整历程,总结了开发调整过程中采取的关键技术及策略。渤海典型的三角洲相和河流相稠油油田开发调整实践表明,开发调整技术体系的成功应用使得渤海主力油田采油速度提高了2.0~2.5倍,采收率提高了8%~12%,为渤海油田完成“十二五"产量目标提供了技术保障,也为渤海油田中长期发展提供了有力的技术支撑。 The production methods of sparse well pattern,large well spacing and commingling production in the early stage in offshore oilfield development,and the lack of testing data cause a series of challenges in high water cut stage,such as injection-production inconsistency,quick water coning and fast production decline.Therefore,adjustment is needed to solve these problems.However,the development experiences of onshore oilfield cannot be applied directly on offshore oilfield.Taking sandstone oilfield in the Bohai sea for an example,the history of comprehensive adjustment of offshore oilfield is reviewed,and the key techniques and strategies applied in the adjustment plan are summarized.The experiences of development adjustment in typical delta and fluvial facies heavy oilfields in the Bohai sea show that the successful application of development adjustment technology system makes the production rate increase 2.0~2.5 times and the recovery efficiency is improved by 8~12 percent in the major oilfields.It provides technical support for oilfields in the Bohai sea to achieve the 'Twelfth Five-Year'production target and its medium and long term development.
