摘要 渤海油田部分油田已进入综合调整开发期,钻完井工程面临地质油藏条件复杂、环保和安全形势日益严峻、油气开发成本高等难题。通过创新发展优快钻完井技术体系,形成了渤海油田钻井提效新技术体系,包括加密井网表层防碰技术、膨润土深钻技术、硬地层钻头综合优选技术、中深部地层钻具组合优化技术等。这一系列钻井提效新技术已在歧口18-1、垦利3-2及秦皇岛32-6等油田取得成功应用,较一次优快钻井作业效率提高40.54%,具有广阔的推广和应用价值。 The development of some oilfields in Bohai sea has entered a comprehensive adjustment period,with drilling and completion engineering facing complex geological reservoir conditions,more and more demanding environmental and safety rules,high cost of oil and gas development and other problems.By the innovation and development of fast drilling and completion technologies,new technology system for improving efficiency was formed,which includes anti-collision of infilling wells,bentonite deep drilling,integrated optimization of bits for hard formations,BHA optimization in medium-deep formations etc.This series of new technologies has been successfully used in QK18-1,KL3-2 and QHD32-6 oilfields,and improved the efficiency by 40.54%compared with the previous drilling operations.The new technology has a high potential of dissemination and application.
