自主化一趟多层砾石充填防砂技术研究与应用 被引量:25

摘要 渤海油田浅层砂岩弱胶结易出砂,应用一趟多层砾石充填防砂技术可有效防砂、提高油井产量,但该技术被国外公司垄断,并且国外封隔器的锚定机构存在提前座封、套管损伤严重等方面的不足;同时充填滑套在作业过程中存在误打开的风险。为了弥补国外工具的不足,提高海上的作业效率、安全性,同时节约成本,自主研发了Ф244.5 mm一趟多层砾石充填工具及其配套工艺,并在绥中36-1油田的9口高难度井中进行了成功应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,具有可推广价值。 Shallow sandstones in Bohai oilfield is loosely consolidated and likely to release sand.The technology of sand control with one-trip gravel packing can effectively stop sand and improve oil production.However,the technology is monopolized by foreign companies;and even with their system,the anchoring mechanism of the packer has the deficiencies of premature setting and serious casing damage,etc.Meanwhile,there is a risk that the sliding sleeve would be opened at an improper time during operations.In order to make up for the shortcomings of foreign tools,improve the efficiency and safety of offshore operations,and reduce the cost,we developed a one-trip gravel packing tool with a diameter of 244.5 mm and the supporting technology on our own,which have been successfully used in 9 wells with harsh downhole conditions in SZ36-1 oilfield,achieving remarkable economic and social benefits.So we believe the technology has high potential for dissemination.
