摘要
渤海自营油田QHD32-6-D29H2井Ф152.4 mm井眼下完井防砂管柱遇阻,扩眼钻进面临地层松软易产生新井眼、井壁稳定性差易发生井下复杂情况、井身结构复杂对扩眼工具强度要求高等难题。优选了可动翼液压式扩眼器进行扩眼作业,总结了一套随钻水力扩眼器使用流程和关键技术点,同时提出了钻井液性能控制技术、预防新井眼技术等关键配套技术措施,并在QHD32-6-D29H2井成功实施扩眼钻进作业,为类似随钻扩眼工具处理井下复杂情况提供了新思路,具有推广应用价值。
It was highly difficult to set the sand-controlling screen to the bottom in the Ф152.4 mm hole section of Well QHD32-6-D29H2 in the proprietary oilfield in Bohai sea.Borehole enlargement drilling in the weak formation is likely to create a new borehole;downhole complexes are prone to occur with the unstable borehole walls;and the sophisticated casing program is highly demanding in terms of the dependability of enlargement tools.Optimization of Rhino XS type reamers was conducted;a concise operation procedure for utilizing hydraulic reamers and key technical points are summarized.Meanwhile,drilling fluid property control,avoidance of new borehole creation and some other technologies were established.All the established technologies were successfully applied in Well QHD32-6-D29H2,providing new approach for utilizing similar enlargement tools to deal with downhole complexes,and having agreat potential for dissemination.
