电潜泵与螺杆泵水循环加热联作测试技术及其在渤海油田大斜度稠油井的应用 被引量:2

摘要 渤海油田油藏原油密度大、黏度高、凝固点高、流动性差且易出砂,井筒流动期间由于热损失过快或者地层能量不足,原油无法到达地面导致测试作业失败,而常规DST+螺杆泵抽加热联作测试工艺不适合在大斜度稠油井测试作业中应用。通过优选电潜泵罐装系统与井下压力监测装置,创新使用全井筒加热保温工艺与优化完井测试一体化管柱等电潜泵与螺杆泵水循环加热联作测试关键技术,成功完成旅大区块大斜度稠油井测试作业,从而为类似稠油油田大斜度井的测试作业提供了借鉴经验。 The crude oil in Bohai oilfields has the characteristics of high density,high viscosity,high freezing point,poor fluidity and serious sanding problems;during flow up the wellbore,because of quick heat loss and inadequacy of reservoir energy,the oil cannot reach the surface,resulting in failure of the testing job.The conventional technology of DST and PCP electrical heating combination is not suitable for heavy oil in highly deviated wells.Through optimization of ESP and PCP water circulation heating combination,key technology including ESP canned system,downhole pressure monitoring instruments,and integrated string of completion and well testing,we successfully completed testing jobs for the heavy oil in highly deviated wells in Lvda block,and provided valuable experience for similar well testing jobs.
