摘要
针对颗粒碰撞噪声检测(PIND)方法检测航天继电器内部铁磁性多余物基本无效的问题,分析了铁磁性多余物对航天继电器特征参数造成影响的典型位置;采用ADAMS和COMSOL建立联合仿真模型,基于有限元法研究了铁磁性多余物对航天继电器时间参数和接触电阻的影响规律,并通过试验验证了仿真结论的正确性。试验结果表明,超程时间和接触电阻可作为多余物检测的附加检测参数,对铁磁性多余物有无进行判别。
The particle impact noise detection( PIND) method is widely applied to detect the particle inside aerospace relay. However,the method is invalid for ferromagnetic particle. The typical locations were researched which affect the characteristic parameters of aerospace relay caused by ferromagnetic particles. Simulation models were established by ADAMS and COMSOL. Finite element analysis was utilized to research the impact of time parameters and contact resistance of aerospace relay induced by ferromagnetic particles. The experiment verifies the correctness of the simulation conclusion. The test results show that super-path time and contact resistance can be used as additional detection parameters to detect ferromagnetic particles.
