摘要 随着广东货车全计重收费政策的落实,珠三角部分高速公路车道数少及车道扩建难,无法满足大车流量通行能力,已出现服务水平下降等问题。依托广珠西线高速公路复式收费模式,利用一台称重设备和车牌识别仪,通过车道外部设备共享,优化收费软件,解决车辆排队功能,实现了货车全计重复式收费,有效提高车道通行能力,可供全省参考使用。 With the implementation of full weight charging policy for trucks in Guangdong Province, as in PearlRiver Delta area, due to shortage of lanes and difficulties of lanes expanding for some expressways, the demandfor high traffic capacity could not been met, which has lead to the drop of the service level of highways. In thispaper, being based on the multiple tolling mode of Guangzhou - Zhuhai West Expressway, by means of a weighingdevice and vehicle plate recognition equipment, through the sharing of the external devices in lanes, optimize thetolling software to solve the vehicle queuing problem, so the full weight multiple tolling for trucks has been a-chieved with the traffic capacity being effectively improved, which could be used as references for the whole Prov-ince.
