中药内外兼施治疗老年2型糖尿病足(早期)的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察中药内外兼施综合治疗老年2型糖尿病足(早期)的临床疗效。方法:将149例老年糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组99例和对照组50例,治疗组辨证分为气虚血瘀组50例和痰瘀闭阻组49例。在规范治疗糖尿病的基础上,对照组给予甲钴胺治疗,治疗组给予甲钴胺加中药汤剂内服和中药外洗,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组总疗效为84.0%,明显高于对照组的60.0%,P<0.05;证候、血脂、血流变学改善情况均优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中药内外兼施,综合治疗老年2型糖尿病足(早期)疗效明显。 Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the TCM therapy on elderly type 2 diabetic foot in early stage. Methods:149 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 1 of 50 cases, namely the Qixu Xueyu group, the treatment group 2 of 49cases, namely the Tanyu Bizu group, and the control group of 50 cases. Based on conventional treatment, the control group was given theMecobalamin; and the other groups were treated with the TCM therapy more. Clinical efficacy was observed. Results: The total efficiencywas 84.0% in two treatment groups, better than 60.0% in the control group. The indexes of syndrome, blood lipids, blood rheology in twotreatment groups were better (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: The TCM on elderly type 2 diabetic foot in early stage shows a good effect.
