大株红景天对2型糖尿病患者血小板参数的影响

Influence of the Dazhu Hongjingtian injection on platelet parameters of type 2 diabetes patients

目的:讨论大株红景天注射液对2型糖尿病患者血小板参数的影响。方法:将57例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予二甲双胍,治疗组给予二甲双胍及大株红景天注射液,治疗2周后观察两组血糖及血小板参数变化。结果:两组治疗后空腹及餐后2h血糖均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),但组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后平均血小板体积较治疗前降低,并低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大株红景天注射液能够显著降低2型糖尿病患者的平均血小板体积,可能有助于减轻血管损害。

Objective To discuss influence of the Dazhu Hongjingtian injection on platelet parameters of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods： 57 patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with dimethylbiguanide. The treatment group was giventhe Dazhu Hongjingtian injection more. The changes of blood glucose and platelet parameters in groups were observed. Results： 2-hourpostprandial blood glucose was decreased significantly, with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Mean platelet volume in the treatment groupwas decreased, and lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Dazhu Hongjingtian injection could obviously decreasemean platelet volume of type 2 diabetes patients, and reduce diabetic vascular damage likely.
