类风湿性关节炎的中医辨治体会

The experience of TCM in treating rheumatoid arthritis

类风湿性关节炎(RA)属中医"痹证"范畴。认为先天禀赋不足,正气亏虚是发病内因,而"风寒湿三气杂至",外邪侵袭人体,阻滞脉络是其发病外因。本文根据患者的各自临床症状及相关实验室检查结果进行综合分析,根据中医辨证论治的原则,确定分型依据,分别创立各自的方药进行治疗,从而达到提高疗效、减少药物不良反应、控制病情发展、减轻患者痛苦、防止并发症的发生的目的,使类风湿性关节炎的中医治疗方法和理论得到了进一步完善,从而解决了中医治疗类风湿性关节炎无章可循和无法可依的状况,使中医治疗类风湿性关节炎进一步正规化、科学化。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a arthralgia syndrome category in TCM. Intrinsic factors of RA was Bingfubuzu, Zhengqikuixu;and exopathic factors were Feng, Han, Shi invasion. A comprehensive analysis was made according to clinical symptom and laboratoryexamination results, than classification basis was determined according to the principle of dialectical treatment of TCM. The patients weretreated by different symptomatic prescriptions, in order to improve efficacy, reduce adverse reactions, control the development of thedisease, reduce the pain, and prevent from complications. The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by TCM was improved, standardized andscientific.
