中医内外合治小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证43例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating pneumonia in children of the Chuansou Tanre Bifei type by TCM interhal and external therapy

目的:探析中医内外合治小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证的临床效果。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年9月我院收治的肺炎患儿86例为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组给予常规治疗,而观察组则运用中医内外合治法治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:经过7d治疗,观察组的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,并且与对照组相比,观察组的临床症状消失时间以及住院时间均较短,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用中医内外合治对小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证进行治疗,不仅可以提高治疗总有效率,在一定程度上还能缓解症状、控制病情、缩短住院时间,使患儿的预后生活质量得到改善。

Objective To study on the clinical effect of TCM internal and external therapy on pneumonia in children of the ChuansouTanre Bifei type. Methods： 86 cases of pneumonia in children from January 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital as the objects of study wererandomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment, and treaded by TCM internal and external therapy inthe observation group. The therapeutic effect in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The total efficiency in the observation groupwere better in 7d, and clinical symptom disappearance time and the length of hospital in the observation group were shorter. The difference hasstatistical significance between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating pneumonia by TCM internal and external therapy can improve the totalefficiency, relieve symptoms and control the disease, shorten the hospitalization time, improve the quality of life.
