温针灸联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经26例临床观察

Treating 26 cases of Hanning Xueyu type of dysmenorrhea by warm acupuncture plus the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction

目的:探讨温针灸联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。方法:将52例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各26例,对照组采用中药汤剂少腹逐瘀汤治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用温针灸治疗。连续治疗3个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者腹部冷痛,手足冰冷,经血色暗、有血块等症状均较治疗前改善,且治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论:温针灸联合少腹逐瘀汤可明显改善寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床症状,优于单纯中药汤剂治疗。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction on dysmenorrhea. Methods： 52 patients wererandomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 26 cases in each. The control group was given the Shaofu Zhuyudecoction. The treatment group received warm acupuncture more. In 3 courses, clinical efficacy in groups was compared. Results： Abdomencold and pain, cold hands and feet, menstrual dark color, blood clots and other symptoms in groups were all improved; and the totalefficiency in the treatment group was higher. Conclusion： Treating dysmenorrhea by warm acupuncture plus the Shaofu Zhuyu decoctioncould obviously improve clinical symptoms, better than simple TCM medicine.
