补阳还五汤加减对慢性肾小球肾炎患者肾功能的影响研究

Influence of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on renal function of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis

目的:探讨补阳还五汤加减对慢性肾小球肾炎患者肾功能的影响。方法:本次医学研究选择我院于2013年1月-2014年12月收治的100例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,实验组患者同时接受补阳还五汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:实验组观察对象临床治疗的总有效率以及临床治疗3个月、6个月后尿蛋白定量、BUN和SCr等观察指标结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾小球肾炎患者接受补阳还五汤加减治疗后,其肾功能指标显著改善,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the influence of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on renal function of patients with chronicglomerulonephritis. Methods： 100 patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given conventional western medicine. The experimental group received the Buyang Huanwu decoction more. Clinical efficacy in groups wascompared. Results： The total efficiency in the experimental group was obviously better. In 3 months and 6 months, urine protein, BUN,SCr and other observed indicators in the experimental group were significantly better too （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： After receiving the BuyangHuanwu decoction, patients＇ renal function indicator was improved obviously, with high clinical application value.
