萎胃汤和胃复春片治疗萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的疗效对比

Efficacy comparison between the Weiwei decoction and the Weifuchun tablet on atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions

目的:比较萎胃汤和胃复春片治疗萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的疗效。方法:选取2013年4月-2015年1月我院收治的116例萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者,将所选患者随机均分为A组和B组,A组使用萎胃汤治疗,B组使用胃复春片治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率和治疗前后血清胃泌素的差异。结果:A组治疗总有效率高于B组(P<0.05);治疗后,A组血清胃泌素高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:萎胃汤治疗萎缩性胃炎癌前病变疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。

Objective Clinical effects of the Weiwei decoction and the Weifuchun tablet on atrophic gastritis precancerous lesionswere compared. Methods： 116 patients in our hospital from April 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the group A and thegroup B. The group A was given the Weiwei decoction. The group B received the Weifuchun tablet. Results： The total efficiency in thegroup A was higher （P〈0.05）. Serum gastrin in the group A was higer too （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comparing with the Weifuchun tablet, theWeiwei decoction was effective on atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions, and worthy of promotion.
