观察比较软组织损伤的不同治疗方法的疗效

Effective observation on treating soft tissue injury by different treatment methods

目的:观察比较不同治疗方法对软组织损伤的疗效。方法:本文选取我院于2013年8月-2014年8月收治的120例软组织损伤患者,将其随机分为3组,一组采用中药外敷疗法,二组采用手法按摩疗法,三组采用针灸刺穴疗法,对比3组疗效。结果:一组治疗总有效率为97.50%;二组治疗总有效率为100.00%;三组治疗总有效率为97.50%。3组结果两两之间对比不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论:采用三种不同中医疗法治疗软组织损伤患者都有很好的临床疗效,在具体应用哪种中药疗法时,需要依据疾病特点及患者需要加以选择。

Objective To compare and observe curative efficacy of different treatment methods on soft tissue injury. Methods： 120patients with soft tissue injury from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups. The patients weregiven TCM external application therapy in the group A, were treated by massage therapy in the group B, and took acupuncture in the group C.Curative effects in three groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency was 97.50% in the group A, 100.00% in the group B, 97.50%in the group C. The difference was not significant among 3 groups （P〉0.05）, and not statically significant. Conclusion： The therapies in 3groups achieved good clinical effects, and were chosen according to the disease characteristics.
