小建中汤联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床效果分析

A clinical analysis of treating peptic ulcer of Piwei Xuhan type with the Xiaojianzhong decoction plus anti-helicobacter pylori

目的:探讨小建中汤联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:随机抽取2012年5月-2014年4月我院收治的68例脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者的临床资料。按照随机数字表法将患者均分为实验组和对照组,每组34例。对照组患者采取埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片联合阿莫西林胶囊及克拉霉素分散片治疗。实验组患者在对照组的治疗基础上加用小建中汤治疗。观察两组的临床疗效、复发率、Hp根除情况。结果:实验组总治疗有效率、中医总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小建中汤联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡可提高治疗效果,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the Xiaojianzhong decoction and anti-helicobacter pylori on peptic ulcerof Piwei Xuhan type. Methods： 68 patients with peptic ulcer of Piwei Xuhan type from May 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital weredivided into the treatment group and control group according to the random number table method, 34 cases in each group. The patients inthe control group were treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets, amoxicillin capsules and clarithromycin dispersible tablets; and the theatment graup was and given the Xiaojianzhong decoction more. The clinical efficacy, relapse rate, Hp eradication in thetwo groups were observed. Results： The total efficiency, the TCM efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than those inthe control group; The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in thecontrol group; The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The therapy of the Xiaojianzhong decoction and anti-helicobacter pylorion peptic ulcer of Piwei Xuhan type can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the recurrence.
