中医治疗盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎的临床研究

Clinical research on treating pelvic effusion complicated with chronic pelvic inflammatory in TCM

目的:观察中医治疗盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:随机选取我院在2014年1月-2015年1月间收治的66例盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎患者,将其分成两组,对照组患者实施西医结合中医灌肠治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加体外电场热疗治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎患者实施中医治疗,临床治疗效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of TCM on pelvic effusion complicated with chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods： 66 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was treated in the integrative medicine,and the observation group was given the external electric field hyperthermia treatment more. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in twogroups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM on pelviceffusion complicated with chronic pelvic inflammatory shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
