尿毒症是肾功能丧失后,机体内部生化过程紊乱而产生的一系列复杂的综合征。护士做好患者的心理护理及临床护理工作,严密观察病情变化,及时处理并发症,加强心理疏导,对提高患者的生活及生存质量大有裨益。

Uremia is a series of complex syndromes from the body’s internal biochemical processes disorder which caused by theloss of kidney function. Psychological care and clinical care, close observation of changes, timely treatment of complications, strengthenpsychological counseling and so on were applied in nursing, could improve the patient’s life quality and survival.
