摘要 综述西地那非的临床应用。从西地那非用于勃起功能障碍,枸橼酸西地那非用于妇女不孕症,西地那非的慢性疗法可改善2型糖尿病患者的血管内皮功能,西地那非对胃能动性和胃慢波的抑制作用,西地那非的心血管保护作用,西地那非治疗肺动脉高压的临床研究等方面分别叙述西地那非的临床应用现状,以期为相关研究提供参考。 Clinical application of Sildenafil was summarized. Sildenafil was applied for treating erectile dysfunction and infertility,improving blood vessel endothelium function of diabetes Ⅱ , inhibiting gastric motility and gastric slow waves, protecting cardiovascularand cerebrovascular diseases, and treating pulmonary hypertension, in order to provide more reference.
