摘要
目的:观察泽泻汤不同提取方式对膜迷路积水模型的影响。方法:采用醋酸去氨加压素复制膜迷路积水模型,以豚鼠颞骨切片耳蜗蜗管面积和蜗管加前庭阶面积之和的比值为药效学的主要指标,研究泽泻汤不同提取方式的作用。结果:模型组与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);模型组与泽泻汤超临界萃取液组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),与泽泻汤水煎液组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);泽泻汤超临界萃取液组与泽泻汤水煎液组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:泽泻汤采用超临界萃取方式进行提取对膜迷路积水模型有较好的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of the Zexie decoction from different extraction methods on endolymphatic hydropsmodel. Methods: The guinea pigs were injected intraperitoneally with desmopressin to establish rat models of endolymphatic hydrops.The ratio of cochlear duct area to cochlear duct and scala vestibular area were chosen as main indexes of pharmacodynamics. Results: Themodel group and the control group were compared; and the difference was significant (P〈0.01). The model group was compared with the Atreatment group (supercritical extracts of the Zexie decoction); and the difference was significant (P〈0.01). The model group was compared with the B treatment group (liquid of the Zexie decoction); and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The A treatment group and the Btreatment group were compared; and the difference was significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The Zexie decoction with supercritical extractson endolymphatic hydrops model could gain a better effect.
