退热合剂直肠给药治疗小儿外感发热的临床研究

A clinical study on treating exopathic fever in children with antipyretic mixture by rectal administration

目的:研究退热合剂直肠给药治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法:选取我院诊断为风热型小儿外感发热患者150例,随机分为两组,对照组50例患儿采用小儿退热栓塞肛进行退热,观察组100例患儿应用退热合剂直肠给药进行退热,观察两组患者治疗效果,比较两组退热时间、主要症状,并分析观察组治疗前后的血常规、肝肾功能等。结果:观察组总有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(76%),且主要症状疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。观察组退热时间比对照组短(P<0.01),有明显差异。观察组治疗前血常规异常,经治疗明显改善(P<0.01);而肝肾功能治疗前后比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),并未发现毒副作用。结论:退热合剂直肠给药治疗小儿外感发热,其退热效果快,改善血常规,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of antipyretic mixture by rectal administration on infantile fever. Methods：150 patients with exopathic fever of the Fengre type in our hospital were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups. Thecontrol group （50 cases） was given antipyretic suppository by anus; the observation group was treated with antipyretic mixture by rectaladministration. Efficacy in two groups was observed; defervescence time and main symptoms were compared in two groups. Blood routine,liver and kidney function of in the observation group were analyzed. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group （95%） wassignificantly higher than 76% in the control group; and the efficacy of main symptoms was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Thedifference was statistically significant. Defervescence time in the observation group was shorter （P〈0.01）, with significant differences.Blood routine was abnormal in the observation group, and significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.01）. Liver and kidney functionbefore and after treatment show no significant difference （P〉0.05）. There were not toxic side effects. Conclusion： Antipyretic mixture byrectal administration on exopathic fever in children can quickly defervesce, improve blood routine, and show a significant effect, is worthyof clinical promotion.
