胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定疗效观察

Effective observation on treating tibial plateau fractures by open reduction and internal fixation

目的:探讨切开复位内固定联合中医辨证用药治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的66例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各33例。两组患者均行切开复位内固定术,对照组术后予以一般治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药汤剂口服,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的骨痂形成评分和膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组;弃拐下地时间、骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位内固定结合术后中医辨证用药,可有效促进骨折愈合,缩短骨折愈合时间,改善膝关节功能,值得推广。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation plus TCM syndrome differentiation ontibial plateau fractures. Methods： 66 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 33 patients for each.All patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. After the treatment, the control group was given conventional treatment;and the observation group received TCM decoction. Efficiency in two groups was compared. Results： In the observation group, the callusformation scores and excellent rate of knee function were better; and abandoned crutches times and fracture healing times were significantlyshorter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Open reduction and internal fixation plus TCM medicine on tibial plateau fractures could promote healing,shorten the healing time and improve knee function, and was worthy of promotion.
