中医导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病临床价值评述

Clinical values of the Daotan Quyu medicine on diabetes plus coronary heart disease

目的:探讨中医导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年4月-2015年5月我院收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者50例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用中医导痰祛瘀药治疗,比较两组患者的血糖及心绞痛治疗效果。结果:研究组患者空腹血糖及餐后血糖水平均低于对照组[(6.1±0.5)mmol/L∶(7.3±0.6)mmol/L;(8.1±0.6)mmol/L∶(9.4±0.5)mmol/L,P<0.05]。研究组冠心病治疗效果显著优于对照组(96.00%∶72.00%,P<0.05)。结论:中医导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病可有效控制血糖水平,提高冠心病治疗效果,较常规方法具有更显著的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Daotan Quyu medicine on diabetes plus coronary heart disease. Methods：50 cases of diabetes plus coronary artery disease from April 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided intothe study group and the control group. The control group adopted the conventional approach; the study group was given the Daotan Quyumedicine. Results： Fasting plasma glucose and postprandial glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group[（6.1±0.5） mmol/L∶ （7.3±0.6） mmol/L, （8.1±0.6） mmol/L∶（9.4±0.5） mmol/L, P〈0.05]. Clinical efficacy in the study group was bettersignificantly [96.00%∶72.00%, P〈0.05]. Conclusion： The Daotan Quyu medicine on diabetes plus coronary heart disease could effectivelycontrol blood sugar levels, and showed significant clinical effects compared with conventional therapy.
