摘要
目的:观察中医综合治疗在复杂性阑尾炎术后的治疗效果。方法:将53例复杂性阑尾炎术后患者随机分为对照组(25例)和治疗组(28例),对照组采用西医抗感染、对症止痛等术后常规治疗,治疗组是在对照组的基础上加用中药配合电针治疗。结果:治疗组患者术后肛门首次排气时间及住院时间均缩短,住院总费用减少。结论:复杂性阑尾炎术后中医综合治疗更有利于患者的快速康复。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of comprehensive methods on recovery following complex appendectomy.Methods： 53 cases were divided into the control group （25 cases） and the treatment group （28 cases）. The control group took conventionaltreatment; the other group took TCM medicine and electro-acupuncture more. Results： In the treatment group, anal exhaust time of first,hospital stay time and total cost of hospitalization were shortened. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment of TCM was more conducive tothe rapid rehabilitation of patients.
