改进法中药保留灌肠配合口服药治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Effective observation on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by the TCM enema of improved type plus oral medicine

目的:探讨改进法中药保留灌肠配合口服药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组用改进法中药保留灌肠配合口服药治疗慢性盆腔炎,对照组用传统中药保留灌肠配合口服药治疗慢性盆腔炎。结果:治疗组治愈率为69.09%,总有效率为97.27%;对照组治愈率为58.18%,总有效率为76.36%。结论:改进法中药保留灌肠配合口服药治疗慢性盆腔炎治愈率及总有效率较高(P<0.05),值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the TCM enema of improved type plus oral medicine on chronic pelvicinflammatory disease. Methods： The treatment group was treated by the TCM enema of improved type plus oral medicine; and the controlgroup was given the the TCM enema of conventional type plus oral medicine. Results： In the treatment group, the cure rate was 69.09%,and the total efficiency was 97.27%. In the control group, the cure rate was 58.18%, and the total efficiency was 76.36%. Conclusion： TheTCM enema of improved type plus oral medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease could improve cure rate and total efficiency, andwas worthy of promotion.
