护肝片与复方甘草酸苷注射液对药物性肝炎的治疗效果观察

Effective observation on treating drug-induced hepatitis with the liver-protecting tablet plus compound glycyrrhizin injection

目的:探讨护肝片联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗药物性肝炎的临床效果。方法:将120例患者随机分成两组,对照组采用肝泰乐注射液及常规辅助药物进行治疗,观察组采用护肝片联合复方甘草酸苷注射液进行治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:护肝片联合复方甘草酸苷注射液用于治疗药物性肝炎,能够有效改善患者肝功能,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the liver-protecting tablet plus the compound glycyrrhizin injection on druginducedhepatitis. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the observation group was given the liver-protectingtablet plus the compound glycyrrhizin injection; the control group was treated with Glucurolactone injection and conventional medicine.Efficiency in two groups was observed. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was higher significantly （P〈0.05）, withoutserious adverse events during the treatment in two groups. Conclusion： The liver-protecting tablet plus the compound glycyrrhizin injectionon drug-induced hepatitis could improve liver function significantly.
