摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理对慢阻肺患者的影响。方法:将150例慢阻肺患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均为75例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组患者的生存质量评分。结果:护理后对两组患者的生活能力、活动能力、抑郁状况评分进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理能够提高慢阻肺患者的生存质量。
Objective To investigate efficacy of comfortable nursing for patients with COPD. Methods： 150 patients were dividedinto the observation group and the control group, 75 cases for each. The control group was treated by the conventional nursing; and theobservation group was given the comfortable nursing. Quality of life in two groups was compared. Results： After the treatment, viabilityscore, activity score and depression score in two groups were compared, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comfortablenursing for COPD could improve quality of life.
