摘要
从国培计划到省培计划,教师培训面向基层教师,旨在为更多教师专业发展提供支持,然而,考量教师培训的实际效用,距培训预期相去甚远。教师专业发展核心力量源自教师内在生发、生长的力量,其逻辑起点是教师寻求发展的心向和能力,培训实效性的发挥必然基于内生之力的生成。教师专业发展内生之力包含爱与责任而产生的力量、变发展阻力为助力而生的力量、因科学教育信仰而生的力量以及因生命质量的提升而生的力量,四种力量聚合在一起内化、深化教师专业发展。
From on the basic, to assist the National Training Plan to Province Training Plan,teacher training is moving towards teachers more and more teachers in their professional development. However, measuring the actual effect of teacher training, the change is limited. What is the core energy to teacher's professional development, the only answer is the power in themselves ,for that initiative desire and inner ability to develop is the logical starting point to teacher professional development ,meanwhile, the well actual effect of teacher training is based on this inherent power. The generation of inherent power for teacher development development depend on education belief and life teacher's love and responsibility equality promotion, combine all depend on the generation of inherent power for teacher to education,transforming resistance into assistance, scientific four kinds of power to internalize and cultivate teacher's pro-fessional development go further.
