汽油吸附脱硫(S Zorb)装置的核心为闭锁料斗部分,采用闭锁料斗控制系统来控制31个球阀的开关动作,以此来实现对吸附剂再生和还原的过程。S Zorb装置球阀采用GOSCO的两位式开关阀,若阀门回讯不到位或者阀门本身内漏位都会影响生产运行。介绍了在开车、检修、正常生产过程中程控阀存在的问题,针对回讯不到位所进行的改造、阀门关不到位所采用的处理方法,对程控阀的日常维护保养策略也进行了介绍。

The core of gasoline desulfurization adsorption（ S Zorb） device is a lock hopper section. The lock hopper control system is utilized to control the switching of 31 ball valves so as to achieve the processes of regeneration and restoring of adsorbent. The ball valves in S Zorb device were GOSCO two position switch valves,which may affect the production and operation if the valve fails to echoplex in place or appears internal leakage. The problems of the program- controlled valves in the processes of startup,maintenance and normal production,transformation for improper echoplex and treatments for failure of switching off of valve were introduced,as well as the routine maintenance strategies of the program- controlled switching valve.
