摘要
标准是国际通行的"技术语言",同时也是促进企业、团体、组织互联互通的桥梁纽带。本文阐述了经济新常态下,我国经济向形态更高级、分工更优化、结构更合理的阶段演进,分析了企业标准化工作对于技术创新、优化管理秩序、提高工作效率、提升产品质量的重要意义,提出了企业应有计划地培养、选拔、引进标准化人才,建立内部标准化人才培养机制。
Standard is the internationally accepted "technical language", and is a bridge to promote the interconnectivity of enterprises, groups and organizations. Under the new normal, this article expounds the evolution progress of Chinese economy towards a more systemically advanced, functionally optimized, structurally reasonable stage, and analyzes the significance of enterprise standardization work in technological innovation, management procedure optimization, work efficiency improvement, product quality promotion. At the meantime, it points out that the enterprises should build an internal mechanism for training, selecting, introducing standardization talents.
