城市电梯应急指挥标准化工作的探索

A Probe into the Standardization Work in Emergency Command of City Elevators

随着城市化的发展及高层建筑的普及,电梯作为垂直交通运输工具,与其他交通工具一样,已成为人们生产生活中不可或缺的组成部分。目前,我国的电梯的数量、产量居世界第一,已经成为电梯生产和使用的大国。本文介绍了杭州通过国家标准化服务试点项目"城市电梯应急指挥公共服务"全面提升业务水平、完善城市电梯应急指挥公共服务平台、建立城市电梯应急指挥公共服务标准化的评价体系、打造智慧质监新形象的经验。

With the development of urbanization and the popularity of high-rise buildings, elevators, as vertical transportation, has become an integral part of life as other modes of transportation. At present, China has become a big country of elevator production and use with the largest number and output of elevators. This paper elaborates the national pilot project on standardization service ＂urban elevator emergency command public service＂ taken by Hangzhou, which aims to enhance the standardization business level, improve the urban public service elevator emergency command platform, establish standardization evaluation system for city emergency command public service elevator, create a new image of quality supervision wisdom.
