摘要
目的以新型嵌段共聚物为稳定剂,制备水系CdSe荧光量子点。方法分别用L-半胱氨酸、3-巯基丙酸、羧甲基纤维素钠或嵌段共聚物YS-027B为稳定剂,水相法合成水系CdSe荧光量子点(CdSe@YS-027B),并采用透射电子显微镜、光电子能谱和荧光光谱等技术进行分析测试。结果嵌段聚合物质量分数达4.5%时,制备得到的水系CdSe荧光量子点(CdSe@YS-027B)荧光强度高、稳定性能好,CdSe的平均粒径小于10 nm;161.15、166.55、404.65、411.5 e V等处的能谱峰表明合成了纳米CdSe。结论制备了具有良好稳定性且有望应用于生物医学领域的水系CdSe荧光量子点。
Objective To prepare water-soluble fluorescent CdSe quantum dots with the new block copolymer as stabilizer. Methods The CdSe fluorescent quantum dots( eg. CdSe@YS-027B) were prepared in the water phase using L-cysteine,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,3-mercaptopropionic acid and the block copolymer( YS-027B) as stabilizer,respectively. They were characterized using transmission electron microscopy( TEM),photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) and fluorescence spectra,et al. Results When the amount of block polymers was up to 4.5%,CdSe@ YS-027 B were prepared with high fluorescence intensity and good stability,and the average particle diameter of CdSe was less than 10 nm. The spectrum peaks of XPS about 161. 15,166. 55,404. 65 and 411. 5 e V were observed and the nano-CdSe had been synthesized. Conclusion The water-soluble fluorescent CdSe quantum dots were prepared which have good stability with hopeful wide application in the biomedical field.
