布地奈德福莫特罗联合家庭氧疗对中重度COPD稳定期患者的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by budesonide formoterol combined with long term oxygen therapy for stable phaseof moderate severe COPD

目的探讨中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者经过吸入布地奈德福莫特罗联合家庭氧疗(LTOT)后肺功能及临床症状变化情况。方法 28例中重度COPD稳定期患者,随机分为观察组14例(采用布地奈德福莫特罗联合LTOT治疗)和对照组14例(单纯采用LTOT治疗),对比两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后观察组肺功能较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组肺功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组COPD评估测试(CAT)评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 LTOT对COPD患者均有益处,中重度COPD稳定期患者同时联合吸入布地奈德福莫特罗对延缓病情进展疗效更为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate changes of pulmonary function and clinical symptoms in stable phase of moderate severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） patients after budesonide formoterol inhalation combined with long term oxygen therapy（LTOT）. Methods A total of 28 patients with stable phase of severe COPD were randomly divided into observation group with 14 cases（budesonide formoterol combined with LTOT） and control group with 14 cases（single LTOT）. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the observation group had obviously improved pulmonary function, comparing with that before treatment（P0.05）, and improvement in the observation group was better than the control group（P0.05）. The observation group had better improvement in COPD assessment test（CAT） than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion LTOT provides benefit to all COPD patients, and combined implement of budesonide formoterol inhalation can show precise effect for stable phase of moderate severe COPD patients. This method is worth clinical promotion.
