喹诺酮类抗菌药的药理作用和临床合理应用分析

Analysis of pharmacological effects and rational clinical application of quinolone antimicrobial agents

目的分析喹诺酮类抗菌药的药理作用以及临床合理用药情况。方法 2014年4月~2015年8月包含喹诺酮类抗菌药的120张处方（实验组）,选择回顾性分析方法按照喹诺酮类抗菌药的服用说明书对其不合理临床用药情况予以分析以及筛查,并与2013年1月~2014年3月包含喹诺酮类抗菌药的120张处方（对照组）进行对比。结果实验组出现不合理用药处方10张（8.33%）少于对照组24张（20.00%）（P〈0.05）;实验组患者中有15张（12.50%）处方用药后出现不良反应,少于对照组31张（25.83%）（P〈0.05）。结论临床中对患者采用喹诺酮类抗菌药进行治疗时,药剂师需要通过针对性措施,加大临床抗菌药使用的培训力度,并充分了解并熟知药理作用,对临床合理应用起到促进作用。

Objective To analyze pharmacological effects and rational clinical application of quinolone antimicrobial agents. Methods Irrational clinical application of quinolone antimicrobial agents were retrospectively analyzed in accordance with medication specification for 120 prescriptions（experimental group） during April 2014~August 2015, and they were compared with 120 prescriptions during January 2013~March 2014（control group）. Results There were less irrational prescriptions in the experimental group as 10 cases（8.33%） than 24 cases（20.00%） in the control group（P0.05）. The experimental group had less adverse reactions after medication as 15 cases（12.50%） than 31 cases（25.83%） in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Clinical implement of quinolone antimicrobial agents for patients requires targeted measures, enhanced training of antimicrobial agents application and full understand of pharmacological effect. It shows accelerating effect for rational clinical application.
