综合性护理方法在后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的应用效果

Application effect by comprehensive nursing in retroperitoneoscopic adrenal tumor resection

目的探讨综合性护理方法在后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法 60例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合性护理方法。比较两组焦虑、抑郁评分以及并发症发生率。结果两组患者护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于护理前,且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组围手术期并发症发生率为3.3%,明显低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理方法有利于改善后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者的不良心理状态,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate application effect by comprehensive nursing in retroperitoneoscopic adrenal tumor resection. Methods A total of 60 patients receiving retroperitoneoscopic adrenal tumor resection were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received additional comprehensive nursing. Comparisons were made on self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） scores and incidence of complications between the two groups. Results Both groups had obviously lower SAS and SDS scores after nursing than those before nursing, and the observation group had lower scores than the control group（P0.05）. The observation group had much lower incidence of perioperative complications as 3.3% than 20.0% of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve adverse psychological condition and reduce incidence of complications in patients receiving retroperitoneoscopic adrenal tumor resection, and it can accelerate their rehabilitation. This method is worth promoting and applying.
