浅析发电机滑环与碳刷的发热原因及监测

发电机作为将其他能源转化为电能的机械设备,在国防、工农业生产与日常生活等领域获得了广泛的应用。但在发电机应用中,滑环电刷常存在发热现象,对发电机的正常工作带来影响,本文就滑环电刷发热的原因进行分析,并提出了全新的发电机热像监测方法,保证发电机组的运行安全。

As other energy can be converted to electric energy by generators of machinery and equipment, in areas such as defense, industrial and agricultural production and daily life for a wide range of applications. But in generator applications, the slip ring brush fever often occurs, affect the normal work of the generator, this paper is to analysis the cause of slip ring brush fever, and put forward a new generator thermal monitoring method, ensure the safety operation of the generator set.
