阐述了EPC总承包模式的特征,分析了EPC总承包模式费用控制的关键因素,并从设计、采购、数据信息管理三方面,介绍了EPC总承包模式的费用控制手段,以有效保证企业的经济利益。
This paper elaborated the features of EPC general contracting mode,analyzed the key factors of EPC general contracting mode cost control,and from the design,procurement,data information management three aspects,introduced the cost control means of EPC general contracting mode,to effectively guarantee the enterprise economic benefits.
