Taking the railway EPC program of some island country in West Atlantic,the paper analyzes some problems in the implementation process of EPC program along overseas railways from the design,purchase,construction,contract management,and risk prevention,and explores the respective solutions,so as to improve the comprehensive competition of Chinese railway enterprises in the international market.
