双辊式薄带连铸二元合金流动与凝固的数值模拟

Modelling the Flow and Solidification of a Binary Alloy in Twin Roll Strip Casting Processes

首次将双辊式薄带连铸二元合金流动与传热问题进行耦合计算，建立了对流、相变和变形的综合数学模型，开发了计算程序，列出了计算结果。对照实验测定的温度分布，本文结果比仅考虑传热的模拟结果具有较好的一致性。

The flow and heat transfct of a binary alloy is numerically modelled in twin roll strip cast-ing processes firstly.A comprehensive model and results from the numerical model developed for con-vection,phase change and deformation are prcsented;The results show better agreement with experi-ment measurements of temperature distribution than numerical results only considering heat transfer.
